There are some times when the television broadcast of a NASCAR race
doesn't fully capture the excitement and atmosphere of the pre-race
festivities.
To be fair, there are typically a lot of corporate types who get
introduced before the race and some of the perfunctory aspects of the
"show" can be, frankly, quite boring.
However last Sunday, before the Goody's Fast Relief 500 at Martinsville
Speedway, "American Painter" Scott Lobaido and "America's Beloved Tenor"
Danny Rodriguez put on a performance that was so patriotic it caused
the RCCA members in our suite to stand up and cheer.
Fortunately, the video of this show has made it to YouTube. If you
